MyOhioNow's proposed initiative will create a $600 million dollar resort/destination casino located at the intersection of I-71 and SR 73; between Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton.

1. Jobs: The casino will create up to 5,000 permanent/stable Ohio jobs. Jobs directly related to the casino will pay on average $34,000 yearly and include full benefits. Importantly, no casino in the Midwest gaming market has ever been closed. Plus, casinos provide education and training to their staff that helps to turn jobs into careers.

2. Share the Wealth: Each year approximately $211 million dollars of tax revenue will be distributed between all of Ohio’s 88 counties fairly based on population. Each county can decide for itself how to spend your county’s share, no strings attached.

3. Ultimate Ohio Destination: The resort casino will be a state-of-the-art, full scale resort destination (built with Midwestern sensibilities). The MyOhioNow initiative includes a deluxe hotel, championship golf course, spa, 8 restaurants for all tastes, a convention center, a 2,500 seat live entertainment complex, and much more.

4. Economic Revitalization: 38 states in the US have casinos. With the exception of Kentucky, every state surrounding Ohio has legalized casino gambling. Keep Ohioan’s money from leaving the state at 65 mph! Our Ohio resort casino will keep their money within the state and attract thousands of tourists. What plays in Ohio, stays in Ohio.
