Stations Casinos announced their new Viva project: .
There are a number of positive things about this. It means that even though Stations is private, they’re still growth oriented. Usually private companies turn inward and spend a lot of time paying down the debt they borrowed to go private.
This creates the first big new investment on the West side of the Interstate 15,.
It brings development energy to Tropicana, which only has the Orleans, and deserves more investment.
A project of this scope creates thousands of direct jobs and tens of thousands of indirect jobs.

Viva Las Vegas!
So, I'm pretty sure that I'm going to Vegas. I've never gambled in a casino before, so I'm very nervous. To add to the pressure, I don't drink, and I'm pretty shy. I hope I have a good time. This will be the first thing accomplished on my vision board.

Needless to say, I won't be posting for the next couple of days while I try to find that money I left in Vegas at the tables last time. Wish me luck and talk to you on Monday.
